Schnell to Present at Franchise Exhibition in Dubai

MINNEAPOLIS (May 14, 2008) — Brian Schnell, co-leader of the Faegre & Benson LLP franchise practice, will participate in the 2008 Franchising Middle East Exhibition at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This exhibition, which runs from May 18 through May 20, is the largest international franchise show in the Middle East and North Africa region.

Schnell’s participation in the event will include a presentation on the “Five Habits of the Highly Successful Franchisor.” He will also serve as a panel member on various topics, including protection and licensing of intellectual property in the franchising context and the legal aspects of franchise entry in the U.S.

The exhibition showcases investment and business opportunities for entrepreneurs, holding companies, and owners of small and midsized businesses. Attendees have access to franchise experts, entrepreneurs and investors from around the world.
