We encourage lawyers who join us as laterals to take an active role in trade and professional organizations that help them build valuable relationships in the business and legal communities. Our lawyers contribute regularly to trade publications and law journals, address national and international business and legal conferences, and are known widely as leaders in the profession. We actively support lawyers in these professional development initiatives, and we reward their efforts as part of the ten factors we use to evaluate performance.
