Judy Branham is an attorney in the firm's electronic discovery practice. Her experience in this area includes researching and advising on current case law, ensuring compliance with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and promoting best practices for collection and production of electronic data for litigation. Judy is also a member of the firm's electronic discovery working group.
Prior to joining Faegre & Benson, Judy served as electronic discovery coordinator at a Fortune 500 company, where she developed protocols for preservation, collection and production of electronically stored information.
