Experience

Terri joined the Des Moines office of Faegre & Benson in 1994, moving to Des Moines from New York City where she had been a partner at a firm practicing in commercial and securities litigation. She has represented companies and individuals in federal and state litigation, and in regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings before the SEC, FINRA, NYSE and various state regulatory agencies. She has also represented parties in shareholder disputes, proxy contests, merger and acquisition disputes and industry arbitrations.

Terri is a member of the Faegre & Benson Electronic Discovery Working Group, focusing on electronic and technological issues in regulatory and commercial litigation.
