Experience

Ned Wahl's practice focuses primarily on complex commercial, contract and business tort litigation involving financial institutions. Ned has represented indenture trustees, insurance companies and liquidating estates in cases around the country involving breach of fiduciary duty, director and officer claims, and fraudulent transfer claims. Ned has extensive experience defending consumer fraud claims and has handled many class actions, including defenses of life insurance sales practice class actions and credit card consumer claims.
