Judy Feng is a legal consultant in the firm's Shanghai office. Prior to joining Faegre & Benson, she was a junior associate in the Shanghai office of another international law firm working on corporate matters. Judy has advised global financial services firms on PRC financial laws and regulations, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. She also has experience coordinating and conducting legal due diligence.
