Minneapolis (04-June-2007) - Eleasalo V. Ale, a partner in Faegre & Benson LLP’s business litigation practice, was reappointed by Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty to the Council on Asian-Pacific Minnesotans. Salo will serve a four-year term on the 23-member council, which advises the governor and the state legislature on issues encountered by Asian-Pacific people in Minnesota.
Salo is a member of Faegre & Benson’s Diversity Committee, and he is involved in a number of pro bono and community initiatives, including the Pacific Islanders Center for Education Development board of directors, South High School legal clinic and the State Wards Advocacy Project.
His legal practice focuses primarily in the areas of eminent domain, real estate and commercial litigation. He also advises and represents clients in international arbitration matters.
