Faegre & Benson represented OptumHealth Inc., a UnitedHealth Group company, in its acquisition of leading global employee assistance program (EAP) provider PPC Worldwide.

The acquisition created the leading global EAP provider, with offices and employees on five continents and worldwide network of nearly 90,000 behaviorial health providers. The transaction was structured as a purchase of all outstanding equity interests of PPC operating companies in the U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia, India and China.
